Simply delicious handmade tamales with spiced black beans and organic corn mixed with cheese and wrapped inside organic red chile masa. We gently cook our black beans in our signature black bean seasoning to spice it up just a bit. We mix in organic whole sweet kernel corn and a hint of orange. This delightful mix is wrapped in our our organic non-gmo red chile masa. Perfect for breakfast (with a fried egg) -- and of course, lunch and dinner!
